Language Skills Testing
ALTA provides language testing for law enforcement and public service agencies in Spanish, English and many more languages. Most agencies choose oral skills testing by telephone with a target skill level of a linguist (ILR Level 3 or ALTA Level 9) or a basic communicator (ILR Level 1+ or ALTA Level 5).
