Multilingual and Multicultural Program Design
When training programs are created for employees in multiple languages, some attention should be placed on making the content applicable to all languages or, if necessary, customizing the content to specific language groups. Program design issues such as training sequence, examples, exercises, word choices and graphics all carry potential problems in different languages and cultures. For example, a program with a graphic of a baseball player hitting a home run may make an excellent point in one country and be completely meaningless in another country.

Program Translation
When a training program needs to be converted to one or more additional languages, ALTA can help. ALTA provides turnkey desktop publishing services for most languages. Once your translation is complete, we'll take your original files and artwork, and return them to you ready to print. We can also provide high-resolution PDFs or output to film. ALTA supports both PC and MAC platforms. We also support a wide array of operating systems and desktop publishing software, including many foreign-language versions of Windows and Microsoft Office.
Multilingual Training Program Delivery
When training needs to be given to employees in a language different from your trainer's language, ALTA can help. ALTA provides experienced trainers who can work with your subject matter expert at the training site. The ALTA trainer delivers the training in the target language in conjunction with your expert. ALTA's trainers are proficient in both the target language and English as verified by ALTA's language testing.
