    Programs

    What programs do you offer?
Custom language programs for individuals, adapted for personal and business needs.

How do your corporate and government programs differ from your individual programs?
While both programs are built around the 1-on-1 training concept, the differences lie in training goals and reporting. The training goals for individual programs are determined by the individual; for corporate and government programs, by the organization. For corporate and government programs, we provide detailed tracking, progress reports, and testing data (where appropriate).

    Do you offer group programs?
Group classes are rarely effective, so we don't offer them except in limited situations. If you feel your organization has a specific need where group training is appropriate, please contact us.

    Do you offer intensive programs?
Yes. Intensive training is an option available for our individual programs.

    What about programs for kids?
We don't offer training for kids, but our individual programs are well suited for young adults.

Do you sell CDs, books, or other self-teaching materials?
No. All course materials, which may include some self-teaching aids, are provided only as a part of a customized individual training course.

    Scheduling

    What are the scheduling options?

    • Each training session is 75 minutes.
    • Session starting times (times shown are Eastern)

      Monday - Friday
      8:00am to 8:00pm EST
      Saturday
      8:00am to 12:00pm EST

    • Intensive training sessions usually run six hours per day.
    • Flexible schedules allow you to change your meeting times from week to week.

Why do you recommend a two-session minimum per week?
Regular sessions are a key ingredient of successful training.

What if I can't make it twice in a week or must skip a week?
As business people, we understand erratic schedules; as reasonable people, we'll work with you -- of course! In some cases, we may recommend that you put your training on hold until you can commit to a regular schedule.
